The universe speaks

A few months ago, I had the privilege of sitting on the Voices Carry panel, discussing the power of using our voices—both literally and in how we share our ideas, experiences, and stories. I believe the universe has a way of reinforcing its lessons, and more recently, it did just that.

A few weeks later, I had a writing coaching session with a client who is developing a series of articles—deep, meaningful work that initially resided in a collection of white papers. But here’s the thing: this writer wasn’t looking for another technical report. They wanted these ideas to breathe, to evolve into stories that would resonate beyond the boardroom.

We rolled up our sleeves. We got into the work. And then, after the session, they wrote to me and said:

"Thank you for helping me liberate my writer’s voice."

I know you’re not crying—but don’t worry; I did enough for both of us.

Because isn’t that what writing is all about? Not just slapping words on a page but unlocking something deep inside—giving our thoughts, experiences, and questionable life choices the space to breathe so others can feel, absorb, and maybe even nod along like, Yep, I’ve been there too.
