The Ultimate Writer’s Accessory

Now, I may joke about being the queen of yoga pants and T-shirts, but let me tell you, I've got a soft spot for accessories. A stylish scarf or a bold statement necklace is like the icing on the cake for any outfit.

But it never crossed my mind that I, Judi 411, could be the ultimate accessory, snugly tucked away in someone's purse. Guess there's a first time for everything!

And for all you true crime junkies + attorneys out there, I know where your mind went. Purse, people. Not a body bag. A purse.

Anyway…

How did I find myself in this unexpected role of an accessory? Well, let me turn the mic over to my writing coaching client, Eydie Balsam:

Let me start by saying I'm all about the minimalist life— except when it comes to books, journals, and pens. I'm guilty as charged! The thing is, I've accumulated so many that I can't keep track of where I've written things.

Case in point: I was getting ready for our first writing coaching meeting, and I couldn't find my notes. I vividly remember jotting down some seriously good ideas, and it drove me crazy not being able to locate them.

So first, I'm using up my current journals before buying new ones. My "Judi" notebook captures inspiration from our coaching sessions and any ideas I get in between.

Eydie's commitment to her creative endeavors is yielding remarkable results, and it's all thanks to one key element: consistency.

By dedicating 24 minutes each day to her writing, she's making steady progress on her "book" project. This habit has become an integral part of her routine, a cornerstone of her ambitious "24 in 2024" challenge.

Eydie has found a winning formula by combining her daily writing sessions with the thoughts she jots down in her Judi notebook. The ideas and reflections from her notebook flow smoothly into her dedicated writing time, helping her book project evolve.

But Eydie isn't stopping there. She's using her writing skills to grow her business, too. With a new blog on the horizon, she's ready to take her ventures to the next level, blending her creative pursuits with her professional goals in perfect harmony. Stay tuned for more information on this front. #cliffhanger And to think that it all started with a little notebook named after me…
